Targeted marketing:
conditional email content based on customer behavior

For targeted marketing, it is possible to use 14 + predefined variables and conditional tags [IF] [ENDIF]. With this, it is possible to create diverse email content based on customer behavior

Dynamic Discount Coupons and Folow-Up Campaigns

One of the powerful marketing tools - discount coupons can be automatically pasted into email - again based on customer behavior - to prepare automatic Follow-up campaigns. Once the coupon is inserted into the email, the coupon will automatically be created when the email is sent, and will be stored in the eshop's coupon list at the same time.

Predefined rules for sending emails

The application has predefined basic rules (eshop actions) that send emails. These rules can then be assigned to the administration by any predefined email template.

Extension

Waiting list

Plugin adds a new view to Virtuemart administration: Waiting List. This is a list of "Product Query" requests, sorted by date of insertion.
In view You can:

• Search by customer email
• Search by SKU or the Product Name Name
• Delete the request manually from the list

Plugin extends Virtuemart Mailing Manager with new additional templates and auto-mails:

• To customers by creating a "Product Query"
• To administrator (once a day) with a list of previous day's requirements

We recommend that you install at the same time plugin "Notify Product" for automatically sending emails after uploading with Virtuemart mailing manager templates.

Notify product

Plugin extends the application of Virtuemart Mailing Manager with additional templates and, in conjunction with the bulk auto-mails cron:

• To customers based on product placement by the administrator
• To administrator

We recommend installing plugin "Waiting List" at the same time to display the "Product Query" requests in the Virtuemart administration and automatically send emails to the customer and the administrator.

Cron

Use the cron on the server to set up regular emails:

• Administrator notification via Virtuemart Mailing Manager to customer requests "Ask for product"
• Customer notification after product placement "Product is already on sale"

Setup two crons:

After instalation:

During installation, a backup of the /components/com_virtuemart/helpers/shopfunctionsf.php file is automatically made.
The contents of the file from this component are inserted into the specified location in shopfunctionsf.php: /admin/com_vmeeplus/install/shopfunctionsf_3.0.18.txt

If there is no automatic change in /components/com_virtuemart/helpers/shopfunctionsf.php or you have upgraded Virtuemart, you need to edit this file manually (again):

• Rename the original sendVmMail method to sendVmMailOriginal
• Insert this command on the first line of the body of the renderMail function: self :: $ vars = $ vars;
• Insert the contents of the /admin/com_vmeeplus/install/shopfunctionsf_3.0.18.txt file anywhere in the body of the shopFunctionsF class

To view the correct translations, you need to have the Email Manager plugin enabled and installed - the Waitinglist Notify plugin

Notice:

Currently, the functionality of user registration emails is not compatible with VirtueMart version 3.8.4. We are working on fix.
